But while Mr. Buchanan gushed on MSNBC this morning and this afternoon that “this girl” or “this gal” was “beloved by the base,” he also called it “the biggest political gamble” in recent history."

so, ms. palin, do you like being referred to in this way? by "the base?" how about a little
R-E-S-P-E-C-T?! there, there, little girl. don't get all hormonal on me....you wouldn't want there to be a "perceived whine." don't demand to be treated, even in "gushing" discourse, with the same respect given to your male colleagues. and hey, i bet your 'gay friends' can wipe away your tears...after all, they know a bit about institutionally supported discrimination.
